The third annual USS Coontz All Hands reunion is scheduled for October 19-21st at the Doubletree Club Hotel, 1515 Hotel Circle
South, San Diego, CA. Call to make reservations and receive group rate of $109 per night: 619-881-6900/800-489-9671
The reunion will kick off on Friday, October 19th with a meet and greet in the hospitality room. On Saturday, we will
board a motor coach and go to the 32nd Street Naval Station, where we will tour an active duty Navy ship. From there, we
will take a one hour harbor cruise on a tour boat, and we will wrap up the day with a visit to the USS Midway Museum. Our
reunion banquet will take place later that night. We will wrap up our weekend with the always popular farewell breakfast.
Total cost for the weekend is $150 per person. We are especially proud that we have been able to hold the line on prices
and charge the same registration fee for the past three years.
To register for the reunion, download the registration form and fill it out, and mail it to event planner Terry Cordingley
with your payment. Or, mail your completed form and pay via the Paypal link at the bottom of the page. Paypal can charge
your credit or debit card, or withdraw funds from your checking account. If paying by this method, BE SURE TO ADD 3% FOR
PAYPAL'S HANDLING FEE.

3:00 pm – Check-in at Doubletree (registered guests)
7:00 pm – ??? – Meet and greet at the hospitality room. Water, soda and finger foods available.
Hotel will serve keg of beer. Pick up registration package and Plan of the Day.
Saturday, October 20, 2007
8:00 am – Continental breakfast available in hospitality room
9:30 am – Depart for tour of 32nd Street Naval Station/duty ship of the day
11:45 am – Depart for harbor cruise
12:15 am – Board harbor tour ship for one hour harbor cruise. Boxed lunch provided
2:00 pm – USS Midway self-guided tour
4:00 pm – Return to Hotel
6:00 pm - Cocktail hour at Reunion Banquet
7:00 pm – Reunion Banquet
12:00 pm – Banquet ends
